OCC Road House and The Mag Agency along with Operation Healing Heroes and Operation BBQ Relief to Host Second Annual Salute to American Heroes

​Celebrity Benefit Concert and Awards Ceremony for Veterans and
First Responders on August 17
​
WHO: OCC Road House & Museum, official Orange County Choppers headquarters, will host the Second Annual Salute to American Heroes on August 17 in Clearwater, Florida. The celebrated event will take place in partnership with event production company and magazine publisher, The Mag Agency. Additional support from the teams of Operation Healing Heroes and Operation BBQ Relief will help raise funds to benefit these organizations along with Southern Cross Service Dogs and Empower the Veterans.
WHAT: OCC Road House and The Mag Agency are hosting the second annual Salute to American Heroes celebrity benefit concert for veterans and first responders. The star-studded evening will be hosted by Rita Cosby, Emmy-winning television host and daughter of a WWII POW. Musical performers include national recording artist Dave Bray USA and Jessie G. with her dedicating a special tribute to Gold Star Family and mother of fallen Army Ranger, Sheila Mitchell-Murphy.
Other highlights of the evening include an appearance by Paul Teutul Sr. of Orange County Choppers. He will unveil a one-of-a-kind custom bike which the media personality proclaims to be a showstopping achievement not to be missed.
Keynote speakers Major Ed Pulido of the U.S. Army and Jonathan Turnbull of the U.S. Army will also take the stage for inspirational moments. Florida Senator Jay Collins, a highly decorated Army Special Forces combat veteran, will present a lifetime achievement award to Bryan Stern, who is founder of the nonprofit, Grey Bull Rescue.
Stern is a true American hero whose courage, selflessness, and dedication to saving lives has left an indelible mark on the world as a combat veteran, counter-terrorism expert, and the driving force behind one of the world’s most daring rescue teams.

The event will be filmed and later broadcast on an episode of “Operation Healing Heroes” ( set to air on Discovery Channel).
A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit Operation Healing Heroes and Operation BBQ Relief. The mission of Operation Healing Heroes is to preserve history by documenting and honoring the lives of U.S. military heroes and their families, one story at a time. Operation BBQ Relief is a nonprofit organization that has provided approximately 13 million meals throughout the United States and internationally following natural disasters. Over 3.1 million of those meals have been provided in Florida since 2017.
Southern Cross Service Dogs and Empower the Veterans are also benefiting charities.
WHEN: Sunday,August 17, 205 – Doors open 4 p.m. for VIP ticket holders. General admission begins at 5 p.m.
